01 Nov 2008: BBC Raw Talent Introducing partners with Higher Rhythm
This is the first event of a partnership project between BBC South Yorkshire & Higher Rhythm, where we co-organise and promote key regional music events for up and coming musical artists.
Hosted at the Carling Academy in Sheffiled, 5 regional bands will get to play in front of a crowd of hundreds of people on the 2nd of December 2008 and have the performance recorded live by higher rhythm for broadcast by BBC.
Bands will be selected by a team made up of Iain Hodgson at BBC Sheffield Steve Mundin and Frank Wilkes at higher rhythm and staff from the Carling Academy.
