We’re proud to announce that we are partnering with Big Boulder festival in Sheffield this year.

We have curated the main stage with artists we’ve worked with, including those supported through our Breakthrough Artist Development Programme. We’ve also part funded the stage and sound system with support from Help Musicians UK and Arts Council England.

Big Boulder festival runs 12pm to 7pm on the 8th of September 2019. As well as the outstanding line up of music artists, you can enjoy a wide range of street food stalls and other activities. It’s also FREE (yes, free!) A community celebration of the arts with a main focus on live music in Heeley People’s Park.

We love to work with other organisations who share our vision for artist development. The Big Boulder, has an intimate audience of around 2000 people. It’s family friendly atmosphere offers the perfect live platform to showcase the best in emerging music talent.

Skinny Pelembe will headline, with, LIO, Joe Russel Brown, Bernado, Dan Whitehouse and Holly Redford Jones completing the stage line up for the day. Working with a big boulder to present this showcase we aim to help the festival scale up. It’s been growing every year but we expect this one to be the biggest ever. Don’t miss it!
