Higher Rhythm’s Professional Experience Programme (PEP) is a flexibly designed development pathway

The Professional Experience Programme acts either as an extended taster, or as a progression route into deeper areas of industry following our accredited training options. This offers the opportunity to build new skills or develop existing interests, whilst gaining ‘real-world’ experience of the music / media industries. 

You can choose from a selection of activities including:

Song Writer
Music Producer 
Events Promoter
Record Label Manager

…or choose a cross-discipline Radio and Music route.

Volunteering opportunities are included in each route enabling you to add real industry experience to your C.V.

The team at Higher Rhythm have years of professional experience writing, recording, performing and releasing music to a global market.

PEP participants will benefit from gaining practical skills designed to help in the preparation for the next steps.
