Higher Rhythm is a Trinity College London Arts Award Champion Centre
Higher Rhythm have delivered our programme of Trinity College London Arts Awards for over 10 years. In this time, 100’s of young people from Doncaster and the Yorkshire region have successfully achieved an Arts Award with us. We also offer online and blended arts awards via our online learning platform.
There are no entry requirements for Trinity College London Arts Awards, and no set rules on how to present final work. Through progressing through the five levels of an Arts Award, young people get to:
Discover the enjoyment of creating and participating in arts activities.
Experience arts events.
Develop creative and communication skills that are essential for success in 21st century life.
Explore the work of artists and gain insights into the professional arts world.
Gain experience and knowledge to help progress into further education and employment.
Bronze Arts Award: Music Production
This is a 12 session course built around recording studio technology, music production and sound engineering. Learn recording and mixing techniques such as; drum recording, microphone use, editing and effects.

Bronze Arts Award: Radio Production
This is a 12 session course introducing to the process of producing a radio show or working as a presenter in a radio station. Learners will produce their own demo radio feature / show.

Broadcast Law and Guidelines
Associated technology (such as social networks and web streaming)

Bronze Arts Award: Song Writing
This is a 12 session course built around songwriting and composition. Learn how to create a song using simple songwriting techniques.
