Concluding three years of redevelopment of our Nether Hall Road HQ, we have converted our outdoor space into, the Rhythm Yard.
Providing secure, private outdoor space for Higher Rhythm’s building users, we’ve added green features such as perimeter bushes and a living wall plus outdoor seating to bring the space to life and make the Rhythm Yard ideal to relax in. We’ve also installed a bike rack to support sustainable travel, and a modern entrance foyer with automated entry for convenient, fully accessible building entry.
Arts Council England small capital funding, Investing for Growth and Northern Cultural Regeneration fund funding through Key Fund, and additional loan finance helped us establish the new boundary wall, automatic gate and modernised entrance.
Additional funding from the Clothworkers Foundation, provided support towards resurfacing, and decarbonisation grant funding through Business Doncaster and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, alongside our own investment provided the finance for the green features.
