Live at Leeds

We are offering an opportunity for one artist to play Live at Leeds. This will be on the Yorkshire Music Forum stage at Live at Leeds on Saturday 4th May.  This opportunity is part of the call for the new cohort of artists to be supported through our Breakthrough programme.  Funding from Help Musicians UK and Arts Council England, supports the programme.

Live at Leeds music festival takes place across various venues in Leeds.

The festival began in 2007. This was to mark the city of Leeds’s 800th birthday. Music promotion company Futuresound, host the event. This event features around 100 bands playing live. Music venues around Leeds city centre along with film screenings and a music industry seminar.

We will present this stage alongside our partners from the YMF, an association of music industry organisations working across the region. To be in with a chance to play Live at Leeds, you have to be an artist from the Yorkshire and Humber region. You have to be making original music and not currently signed to a recording contract.

Simply complete the form below to enter. Submission deadline is 12 midday on Monday 25th March. Using a panel of industry judges, we will select one artist. Announcements will follow soon after.
