Higher Rhythm Presents: Doncaster Music Industry Expo, funded by Youth Music. This will bring together young musicians and music industry experts in a series of events aimed at improving access to the music industry. After all, who better to explain the music industry than music industry professionals!
Another key point of Higher Rhythm Presents: Doncaster Music Industry Expo is to introduce aspiring young musicians and music producers to Music industry professionals. During the panel our guest speakers will discuss how to build a sustainable career in the live music industry. The session is for year 11 learners from schools with a specific interest in building a career in the music industries.

Christian Carlisle (panel compere) BBC Music Introducing.
Skinny Pelembe, major record label music artist from Doncaster, appearing at major festivals (Glastonbury, Green Man) and UK, US, and Europeon touring.
Rose Wilcox, Head of Programming at The Leadmill, Sheffield, with over 15 years of experience within the live music industry.
Stewart Baxter (LIFE), toured extensively playing festivals such as Glastonbury, Latitude, Leeds Reading, SxSW and touring with artists IDLES, Slaves and Nadine Shah
