National Lottery funding awards for all gives our building a boost

We are thrilled to announce that Higher Rhythm has been awarded funding from the National Lottery Awards for All program! This incredible support, made possible by the funding raised by National Lottery players for good causes, has enabled us to make essential improvements to our facilities and enhance accessibility and security for our community.

The project focused on making minor but impactful physical alterations to our building, including:

• Resurfacing the front of the building: The old ramp was uneven and broken, posing challenges for safe access. The funding helped us create a smooth and secure surface, ensuring that everyone can enter our premises safely and comfortably.
• Installing a new intercom system on the main outside gate: Previously, the lack of a security system restricted how vulnerable individuals could access and use our outside community space. The new intercom system has provided a safer, more welcoming environment for everyone.

These improvements are vital steps in ensuring that Higher Rhythm continues to be a space where all members of our community feel safe, supported, and included.
