Running since 2001, Higher Rhythm’s studios are amongst the best equipped recording studios in Yorkshire. Our main studios feature SSL Origin 32 channel analogue mixing consoles. Blending the best analogue with the best digital, we also use Universal Audio Apollo interfaces and run Pro Tools and Logic on Apple Mac.
Both of our studios are comfortable, air-conditioned, and have a wide range of analogue and vintage, valve pres and compressors. This includes equipment from Neve, SSL, API, Chandler, Tube-Tech, Manley and more… Our studios offer the perfect place to produce outstanding recordings.
Music artists can achieve outstanding, release-quality recordings using our vast range of high-end equipment spread across two multi-room recording studios in two separate locations.
Our main studio has a spacious control room, acoustically balanced live room, a separate vocal chamber, amp room, and recreational spaces. At our second studio, as well as having a spacious control room, we have an acoustically balanced live room and a second large live performance room. To our knowledge this is not only the largest live room amongst Recording Studios in Yorkshire, but the largest live room in the North of England! (Easily big enough for an orchestra).
